One account per person
You may maintain only one Invest Sons account. If you previously had an account and cannot access it, contact us through the support page instead of opening another account. Do not register an account for another person or submit another person’s identity information.
We may suspend, restrict, or close duplicate, suspected duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise ineligible accounts without prior notice where permitted by applicable law. We may also withhold or cancel benefits, transactions, or amounts connected with those accounts while we investigate and to the extent permitted by applicable law and our obligations.
Identity verification
Withdrawals require identity verification. You must provide your legal name, identity card or passport number, and camera-captured images requested in the verification flow. The name you submit must match the legal name registered on your account. Images must be clear, readable, and belong to you.
We may reject a verification where information is incomplete, unclear, inconsistent, inaccurate, or linked to another account. We will show the reason for a rejection in your account so you can correct the issue and submit again. Captured images are removed from our storage after approval or rejection; identity details and review records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, and security purposes.
